In Miami, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across Florida, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.

Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It was DELICIOUS! So YUMMY! I love the flavors I got thanks to David (he attended me, he was super nice and kept up with all my questions as it was my first time here). The dulce de leche and cheesecake flavors were REALLY GOOOD! I’m not even kidding, when I got the first bite I was surprised of how creamy and rich the flavors actually were! I love the mini cone filled with caramel to complement the flavors! Of course you can put other toppings but I love it like that! Service 10/10 (thanks to David) and ice cream 10/10 hahaha it was really nice ! Will definitely come back!

If your ever in Bayside Marketplace, head over to SKOOPS. Their gelato is so far the best I’ve had in Miami. 2 scoops of Mojito and Dragonfruit. Absolutely delicious 🍦I’ll definitely miss this place and their gelato’s. I highly recommend this place a go

We went to the unit near Pier 5, the service was excellent but the gelatos are not good. The strawberry, dragonfruit and mango ones are very artificial, the Pistachio one was very weak in flavor and the only one that was more or less was the Nutella one. We arrived around 9:30PM and there were almost no flavors available, while in the other unit the showcase was complete with several different flavor options. It would be great if they kept both units with variety and replacement of flavors. The price is too expensive for what it offers. We paid about $15 for each small ice cream and it wasn’t worth it.

I stopped at Skoops Miami twice on my week trip in the Miami Beach area. Pistachio is my favorite so I definitely had a skoop of that and it didn't disappoint. It was really really good. Smooth and Creamy. What I had for the first time was Mojito which I never thought about as an ice cream flavor but inhad that twice as well. Staff very courteous and efficient. Would strongly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this ice cream shop, thanks to Oscar! From the moment I walked in, he provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to recommend flavors, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, but Oscar’s outstanding customer service is what truly made the visit unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place—and if you get served by Oscar, you’re in great hands!
